About Calm Counseling

Suzanne Londer LPC, LAC

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and deeply caring—but often stretched thin from trying to keep everyone else happy. If you’re stuck in cycles of people-pleasing, unclear boundaries, or burnout, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep living that way.

In our work together, we focus on helping you reconnect with your own needs, build true self-worth, and let go of the old roles and habits that no longer serve you. I bring sincere empathy, a healthy dose of humor, and a belief in your ability to change—even if you don’t quite believe it yet.

I have expertise in supporting individuals in recovery from addiction, with a focus on the emotional patterns, nervous system responses, and neurodivergent traits (like ADHD) that often drive compulsive behaviors.  Sustaining sobriety can be challenging in a culture that encourages constant doing and emotional disconnection as a way to cope.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor  (LPC ) and a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), I create a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can slow down, be yourself, and do the work that matters.  Whether you're early in recovery, rebuilding your life, or figuring out what’s next, I’m here to support you with honesty, empathy, and respect.
